Continuous development of the talent pool through regular social media activities

Independent organization and execution of telephone interviews and personal interviews
Contact person for candidates during the entire application process until hiring
Close cooperation with sales and marketing
Data maintenance in the applicant management system
Completed vocational training with experience in human resources, distribution, sales, recruiting as well as marketing
Alternatively completed studies
Expertise in direct approach via social media (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
Sound experience in applicant and candidate management
Very good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to occasionally travel to Dresden for remote work
