Job description

Tasks

  • Support of the entire employee life cycle in customer projects

  • Implementation of personnel support in project work

  • Recording, administration and archiving of personnel master data of digital personnel files in customer systems

  • Creation of employment contract documents and certificates (e.g. change notifications, vacation certificates, job references, ..)

  • Processing of current employee applications - for example, for vacations, parental leave, retirement, or continuing education

  • Processing of wage and salary payment transactions, e.g. for Christmas bonuses or tariff adjustments

  • Coordination with payroll accounting and HR business partners on individual transactions

  • Monitoring compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company rules and regulations

  • Support in the expansion of the personnel development offering as well as conceptualization and monitoring of personnel development measures

Requirements

  • Expertise in personnel management and employee support

  • Experience with project work and process optimization

  • Fluent German and solid English skills

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office or Google Software products and relevant HR software

  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes in project requirements or unplanned customer requests during ongoing project

  • Team player with independent, reliable and responsible working style
