Personnel Officer (m/f/x)

The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.

  • Independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting

  • Responsibility for reporting and certifications

  • Correspondence with authorities, health insurance funds and social security institutions

  • Maintenance of master data in the payroll system

  • Processing of entry and exit processes, including the preparation of the necessary documents and records

  • Supervision of benefits relevant to accounting, such as JobRad or company pension schemes

  • Proactive involvement in the development, optimisation and implementation of new HR processes

  • Assuming the role of contact person in day-to-day business


  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training

  • Further training as a certified human resources specialist or comparable qualification desirable

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as in the preparation and implementation of payroll accounting

  • Good knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law

  • Experienced user knowledge of MS Office
