Expansion and implementation of the communication strategy
Selection and management of the site's presence in digital media as well as support and design of the intranet
Public relations, e.g. Chemistry Day, visitor events, site information for local communities, representation of the company at festivals and events
Positioning of the company on the labor market (employer branding)
Preparation of press releases and other content for trade media as well as preparation and execution of press conferences
Cooperation with specialized departments to prepare texts for communication purposes
Preparation of internal communication as well as campaigns and events (employee meetings, employee information, etc.)
Completed studies in the field of public relations, communication sciences, journalism or comparable training
Relevant experience in the field of internal and external corporate communications
Knowledge and experience with MS Office, content management, web design systems and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, including stylistically confident writing and expression
