Tasks

• Support with technical problems

• Participation in improvements

• Execution of work order management for out-of-order work

• Escalating recurring issues and requesting support for the Work Prep, Maintenance, MAP and Outstanding Work roles.

• Involve the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & OSW roles in the continuous improvement routines of the production team.

• Participation in support capacity management

• Creation of production instructions (SOI)

Qualification

• Degree in engineering or mechanical engineering

• Alternatively, successfully completed vocational training as a mechanic or process mechanic for plastics and rubber

• Basic knowledge of CIP and Total Quality Management (problem solving methods)

• Know-how in Airina is an advantage

• Initial user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Work permit for the EU
