Then you will be responsible in future as a Quality Manager in the chemical sector for quality-assured production and the allocation of products to customer orders in Schkopau near Halle (Saale).
Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 13 of the collective agreement for the chemical industry. The recognition of work experience relevant to the stage time will be decided on an individual basis.

Product release and reclassification based on process and analytical values
Monitoring of processes, investigations and evaluation in case of production fluctuations, containment of quality problems
Investigation and evaluation of application-related problems with test mixtures
Evaluation of customer satisfaction as well as statistical evaluations of customer deliveries, production runs and raw material deliveries
Processing of customer complaints (cause analysis and initiation of corrective measures)
Carrying out and documenting product audits before final delivery
Analysis and documentation of quality metrics (e.g. prime rate, scrap rate, complaints)
Identification, initiation and support of quality projects as well as plant trials and introduction of new products
Support and training of plant personnel in the application of quality tools and systems
Completed technical or economic university education or bachelor's degree with relevant specialisation in quality management, chemistry, process engineering or comparable training
Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company
Sound knowledge of quality management in a manufacturing company
Very good knowledge of physical-chemical and process technologies of rubber production and their analytics
Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and QM tools
Very good knowledge of German and English
