Tasks

• Design consulting in 2D and 3D as well as checking the technical feasibility of the installation from the manufacturing point of view

• Design of the manufacturing process and determination of the optimal industrial processes

• Close cooperation with the engineering department and responsibility for validating the engineering specifications (definition dossier), taking into account scheduling and economic aspects and confirming industrial feasibility

• Support from the development phase to series production

• Creation and updating of work plans from the BoM (parts lists)

• Guidance (SOI) taking into account production requirements, time calculation, the golden rules for work preparation and the relevant valid regulations

• Definition of the requirements of tools and machines in the context of industrial further development / optimisation

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, scheduling / material procurement, engineering and manufacturing / production

• Good knowledge of process flows in equipment assembly is desirable

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP as well as initial knowledge of Catia V5 and Taksy / Gesy / Tesy, Google Workspace advantageous

• Business fluent in German and English

• Work permit for the EU
