Tasks

  • Moderation and support in defining the communication strategy and ensuring its implementation

  • Defining and creating dashboards for key figures and ensuring that the data is up to date

  • Ensure visibility of current processes, methods and tool landscape and coordinate the survey of improvement needs

  • Moderation of stakeholder mapping and management activities

  • Management of process improvement projects

  • Leading lean deployment in the team (performance management, practical problem solving)

  • Steering and supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. innovation, strategy, customer feedback)

  • Building a strong interface with other areas including dedicated governance

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics 

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management as well as experience in stakeholder management

  • Expertise in leading workshops in larger groups

  • Good expertise in change and lean management

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP and basic knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Proficient German and business fluent English required, French desirable

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 1 time per month within Europe)

  • Existing work permit for the EU
