Tasks

• Collaboration and management of improvement and expansion projects in the rubber plants

• Identification and implementation of measures for process and plant optimization

• Carrying out economic feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses 

• Organization and management of process studies, data analyses and statistical evaluations

• Preparation of concepts and decision documents for management 

• Participation in the preparation of safety analyses 

• Preparation and support of capital projects

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree or doctorate in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, technical chemistry or a comparable qualification 

• Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry

• Knowledge in the field of polymerization technology

• Profound MS Office application skills

• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Responsible team player with intercultural skills
