Tasks

• Head of the Quality Assurance and Technical Training department
• Coordinating the analysis of rejected components and implementing optimization measures
• Ensuring internal FAI and LAI acceptances and quality inspections are carried out on time
• Responsibility for daily improvement rounds and cooperation with specialist departments for process optimization (e.g. RPQ, PDCA, 8D reports)
• Review, approval and documentation of process changes and development of new assembly processes
• Development, qualification and testing of customer processes for internal assembly processes
• Coordination and implementation of internal and external audits as well as product and process audits in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with EASA Part 21G & 145 and guaranteeing compliance with internal processes and customer specifications (e-CAIR)

Qualification

• Completed studies as a graduate engineer in the field of aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (production technology) or comparable
• Certified auditor training in accordance with DIN ISO 19011
• Several years of management experience in quality management in the aviation industry
• Extensive knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 8D, 9-Steps and Ishikawa
• Sound experience with SAP R/3 and confident handling of MS Office programmes
• Fluency in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
