Conception and development of complete products and assemblies
Coordination with customers and suppliers regarding product requirements and specifications as well as internal and external coordination of the design verification plan and tracking of the test execution
Representation of the development department in the project (acquisition up to SOP+3 months, preparation of statistical tolerance studies such as risk and decision matrix, support of the launch process)
Support in the planning of development costs and scheduling as well as in value-analytical studies on the products
Commissioning and tracking of prototyping services as well as technical support of the tool making process
Responsibility for design FMEA
Control of constructive corrective measures from tests and complaints as well as evaluation of technical change requests
Documentation of project findings in the project management system
Completed studies as a mechanical engineer or comparable
Several years of experience in product development, in design and in the management of technical projects as well as in the PEP process
Technical expertise in the area of automotive console / cockpit / kinematics
Experience in relevant FMEA tools / methods / risk analyses, in the Design for Six-Sigma method, statistical tolerancing as well as special characteristics (SC/CC, APQP)
Knowledge in analyses (ISHIKAWA, 5W-method) as well as in project management / manual
Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as good knowledge of SAP and CATIA V5
Good command of English
Willingness to travel
