Tasks

• Responsibility for achieving the business objectives in production

• Technical and disciplinary responsibility for all employees in the warehouse and production area

• Coordination and planning of daily production, plant utilisation, cleaning processes and personnel deployment in cooperation with the relevant departments

• Continuous analysis and determination of key production figures

• Continuous optimisation of warehouse logistics

• Responsibility for the production of high quality food

• Organisation of storage and delivery logistics

• Conception and implementation of measures to improve the entire production process

• Cooperation with the various logistics partners

• Ensuring compliance with the specified work safety, hygiene and quality standards

• Participation in internal and external training courses

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on food technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification

• Alternatively, completed vocational training as a food specialist with several years of professional experience in the food industry

• Initial work experience in the area of fresh products (fruit and vegetables) is an advantage

• Experience in the production of safe food is desirable

• Management experience is an advantage

• Knowledge in the implementation and application of CIP as well as good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Willingness to work weekends

• Driving licence and forklift licence

• Strong communication skills, team player with hands-on mentality, organisational skills, technical understanding and solution-oriented approach to work
