  • Professional processing of daily / weekly routines in the area of production control for a smooth production process

  • Participate in production monitoring meetings, report progress, report parts availability and assist in adjusting daily priorities

  • Opening, releasing, monitoring and closing the work order for accurate production control

  • Management of components including missing parts and logistical distribution with focus on potential availability, transfer protocol and unexpected missing parts

  • Efficient coordination of parasitic flow with other departments, including non-conformances, over-deliveries, good issue errors and loss of parts

  • Participation or management of meetings and missing parts rounds with communication to the relevant interfaces such as customer, quality, production and logistics

  • Professional scheduling and release of production orders for optimal production planning

  • Carrying out fault management, including identifying and processing missing parts, dealing with production faults and non-conformities


  • Successfully completed training as a forwarding agent or technical / commercial training with a qualification as a technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, manufacturing / production, production planning / control, logistics, project management, supply chain / logistics and / or technical documentation

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP for efficient application in various areas of work

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English for successful communication in an international environment

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
