Tasks

              • Planung und Vorbereitung von Erhaltungs- und Neubaumaßnahmen

              • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Vergabe der Ingenieurleistungen

              • Durchführung von Maßnahmen der baulichen Unterhaltung, Erhaltung sowie Neubaumaßnahmen

              • Zustandserfassung und Bewertung von Ingenieurbauwerken sowie Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Beseitigung von Unfallschäden und dringlichen Bauwerksschäden

              • Erstellung und Pflege der Bauwerksakten

               

               

Qualification

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, (konstruktiver) Ingenieurbau oder vergleichbare Fachkenntnisse, Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

  • Erfahrung in der Baustellenvorbereitung, -durchführung und -überwachung

  • Verhandlungstalent und Teamplayer mit zielorientierter Arbeitsweise
