Ensure E2E planning, integration and monitoring of the work package in all functions involved.
Prepare the dossier for project launch and define the project
Ensure maturity and DOD decisions through solid input
Managing the implementation strategy and associated risk management
Ensure business case and performance (ramp-up, RC savings, lead time reduction, maturity, etc.)
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
Creating visibility into the work package
Successfully completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering or industrial engineering
Several years of professional experience in engineering, production planning and control or project management
Very good knowledge in project management
Well-versed in German and business fluent in English
Application knowledge in Google Workspace and PLM (Product Lify Cycle Management) advantageous
Willingness to travel
Team player with strong assertiveness and result-oriented working style
