Job description


  • Contribute to the creation of common solutions for learning, development, awareness and knowledge

  • Introduce a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development

  • Increase the maturity and results of the PO function's performance management system through the use of AOS building blocks.

  • Collaborate with core AOS teams and communities comprised of AOS building block leaders

  • Contribute to the management of projects consisting of Airbus employees, subcontractors, and an AOS expert and change leader network

  • Analyze existing AOS building blocks and adapt and improve them as needed

  • Use of key performance indicators at all levels through a tiered visual performance

  • Performance Management System (e.g., SQCDP), as well as understanding all associated inputs/outputs that drive business performance


  • Successfully completed degree in project management, business administration, or economics

  • Professional experience in change management and project management desirable

  • Knowledge of lean management and project management

  • User knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

  • Basic knowledge of German, business fluent English, knowledge of French an advantage

  • Team player with independent, structured and result-oriented working style, good analytical skills, a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as strong communication skills

  • Willingness to travel on business (once per business quarter)
