Tasks

• Supporting the project management to ensure success, especially with regard to schedule, costs and quality

• Ensuring appropriate communication of planning, reporting and goals

• Creating documentation and presentations in the context of the project and managing the project reporting system

• Supporting the teams in problem identification and decision making

• Central interface between different internal departments and external stakeholders

• Perform other organizational and administrative tasks

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration (BWL), economics (VWL), industrial engineering or comparable

• Professional experience in project management and business transformation desirable

• Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint

• Fluent English is an advantage

• Strong communicator and team player with organisational skills
