Tasks

• Coordination and supervision of the activities of the production preparation (T/OS32) for laytime projects

• Guidance and control of the project staff of the production preparation (TOS32)

• Monitoring of project key figures and execution of project-related capacity planning

• Lead performance dialogues with project staff, and bring about subsequent actions

• Support and report to the sub-project manager Operations (PMO)

• Ensuring quality assurance measures of the T/OS32 deliverables

Qualification

• Successfully completed university/technical college studies in the field of economics or an equivalent qualification

• Relevant professional experience in project work

• Good knowledge of project management methods 

• Very good knowledge of English

• Very good IT skills

• Present work permit for the EU as well as aviation security training Aviation Security AVSEC03D

• Willingness for job-related further training

• Service-oriented team player with independent working style and strong decision-making skills
