Tasks

• Analysis and evaluation of processes, requirements and interfaces

• Responsibility for change management in the introduction of new processes and tools

• Elaboration of decision papers

• Conducting training and information events

• Cooperation with the works council and preparation of negotiations

• Cooperation with the operational contact persons from the environment department

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in engineering, environmental technology, industrial engineering or business administration

• Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management

• Experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally in an international environment

• Very good knowledge of project management

• Knowledge of Google Workspace would be advantageous

• Business fluent in German and English

• Work permit for the EU

• Communicative team player with a results-oriented approach to work
