Tasks

• Creation of the competence and further training strategy of Single Aisle Structural Assembly with the help of consolidated personnel planning and central competence management.

• Observing the trends of competence development in the respective production areas/halls of structural assembly

• Assessing risks and opportunities

• Preparation of recommendations and decision papers for the centre management

• Coordinating qualification and training activities with the finance, HR, quality and production departments

• Develop harmonised processes, tools and standards

• Management of cross-functional interfaces and stakeholders

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with a focus on human resources

• Alternatively, successfully completed studies in the field of psychology, business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration

• Several years of professional experience in human resources, project management, process improvement and competence management

• Experience in project management advantageous

• Knowledge of Google Workspace would be advantageous

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Work permit for the EU available

• Team player with an affinity for numbers
