Tasks

• Establish risk and opportunity management to anticipate issues and risks to the project.

• Support identification meetings, assess deviations and define mitigation plans.

• Implement sound end-to-end planning for the project and track it in collaboration with stakeholders

• Derive corrective actions or projects and initiatives from the reporting process

• Analysing and interpreting data to define sustainable improvement actions 

• Setting up and managing projects

• Implementation of efficient management

• Preparation of meaningful reports for multifunctional teams

• Establish portfolio management for the business unit

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering or technology

• Several years of professional experience in project management, project management and quality assurance

• Good knowledge of project management

• User knowledge in Google Workspace advantageous

• Business fluent in German and English

• Work permit for the EU
