  • Support the Senior Business Improvement Manager in achieving time, cost, performance and quality targets
  • Management of work packages in sustainable change projects and customer-oriented infrastructure projects, including budget control
  • Implementing efficient project management processes and methods to ensure successful project execution
  • Creation of well thought-out end-to-end planning for the project portfolio and continuous monitoring in close coordination with stakeholders
  • Establishment of risk and opportunity management to recognise and deal with problems and risks in projects at an early stage
  • Monitoring of all ongoing projects and initiatives in the company with regard to status, costs, measures, pricing and adherence to deadlines
  • Grouping, alignment and management of business cases to maximise company value
  • Decision support for investments and their implementation through business case portfolio management


  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, process planning and process improvement
  • Good knowledge of risk management, especially in the area of controlling, is an advantage
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Advanced German and proficient English skills
  • Curriculum vitae in English required
  • Existing work permit for the EU
