Tasks

• Organization, planning and coordination of contracting for CAPEX projects to ensure application of CEMEX standards and guidelines.

• Coordinate and participate in strategic supplier relationships to optimize products and services and reduce costs

• Assist in ensuring performance, scope, timeline and budget of the procurement process

• Establish guidelines for evaluating global equipment suppliers and engineering and construction contractors

• Select appropriate equipment, engineering, and construction contractors for Global Technology projectsa

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of business administration, construction engineering, or engineering management

• Several years of professional experience in negotiating and procuring construction contracts

• Experience coordinating and collaborating with global teams

• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools used in the construction of industrial facilities

• Good knowledge of legal contracts and their general clauses

• Proficient in the use of project management programs

• Fluency in German and English
