Job description


  • Central contact person for internal segments regarding all T/TK relevant topics

  • Design and execution of strategic (half-yearly / annual) meetings with customers

  • Initiation of cost reduction measures, ensuring implementation and sustainability as well as optimization of revenue and cost control mechanisms

  • Leading performance dialogs and ensuring strategic and operational measures as well as internal communication structures

  • Conducting regular operational rounds for T/TK internal prioritization and ensuring the planning of resources and orders

  • Introduction of concrete development fields into the strategy of T/TK as well as collection and analysis of KPI's

  • Identification of the potential for further development of the T/TK and the development of new competencies

  • Elaboration of scenarios for realization as well as ensuring implementation in coordination with the management level 

  • Ensuring the technical management of complex and interdisciplinary projects


  • Completed (technical) university studies in engineering (civil or mechanical engineering)

  • Alternatively, proven equivalent qualifications, e.g. as a technician

  • Good knowledge of business administration

  • Many years of professional experience in the relevant fieldExperience in aviation

  • Operating resources/construction/facility management knowledge and experience an advantage

  • Very extensive, interdisciplinary, basic technical knowledge and knowledge of business contexts

  • Business fluent English skills
