Support in the preparation of the required data for the tender
Analysis and evaluation of the offers submitted by the suppliers
Provision of quantitative and qualitative data to support the decision-making process
Planning of projects with regard to time, scope, costs and quality
Preparation of a work breakdown structure
Tracking and controlling project stages and reporting accordingly
Ensuring effective process and tool management
Identifying dependencies, delays and risks
Completed studies in engineering, business informatics or economics
First professional experience in purchasing, project management, contract management and Agile project methodology (e.g. Srum)
Knowledge of autonomous working
In-depth user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
Proficient in German and business fluent in English
