Tasks

• Quotation preparation & calculation - price calculation and development of customised quotations for customer projects
• Negotiations - Independent handling of negotiations with customers until the contract is concluded
• Quotation management - follow-up, documentation and evaluation as a basis for future orders
• Cost control - Preparation of ongoing order calculations, residual cost estimates and target/actual comparisons in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Project participation - supporting the project team with commercial analyses and calculations
• Contract management - preparation and participation in contract negotiations, project meetings and cost reviews

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
• Extensive experience in project management, process analysis, development, manufacturing and supply chain
• Proven experience in proposal preparation and customer negotiation
• Strong business and technical understanding
• Recognised project management certification required
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and sound knowledge of SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
