Tasks

• Coordination, control and supervision of planning in structural engineering
  

• Preparation and preparation of tender documents
  

• Award, monitoring and coordination of planning, service and engineering contracts
  

• Assumption of tasks of the construction preparation, in particular coordination of technical, temporal and legal interests
  

• Control and coordination of all parties involved in the planning process
  

• Execution of project, addendum and warranty management
  

• Representation of planning in committees and bodies

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering with specialization in structural engineering or similar
  

• Professional experience in an engineering office, a construction company or public administration
  

• Profound technical, legal and methodological knowledge in project work in the field of structural engineering is desirable
  

• In-depth knowledge of technical standards and regulations is advantageous
  

• Confident written and oral expression
  

• Relevant computer skills

• Readiness to travel within the area of the Heilbronn branch office
  

• Willingness to take part in evening appointments
