Tasks

• Actively manage the performance and operations of the assigned partners and suppliers on site.

• Work closely with workshop partners and support internal projects and risk sharing strategies with partners

• Improve performance and processes through established methods, e.g. regular Gemba Walk, audits, Go & See

• Tracking and analysis of continuously defined KPIs

• Representation in internal escalation and performance review meetings

• Presentation of performance analysis and recommendation of solutions

• Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reviews

• Conducting regular performance dialogues with partners including setting performance targets and coaching partners on best practices

• Improve on-site support workflows and act as interface to the final assembly line

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering

• Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement

• Basic knowledge of risk management

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace knowledge advantageous

• User knowledge of Skywise, Tandem and data analysis desirable

• Business fluent in German and English, basic knowledge of French

• Present work permit for the EU
