Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to the deadline and quality specifications
Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses
Responsibility for purchase order processing as well as demand order flow (e.g., spares, shortages, production parts, hardware and equipment) and order processing
Monitoring, placement and tracking of purchase orders
Provide daily oversight and monitoring of the supply chain and work closely with suppliers
Proactively notify customers of the progress of purchase orders
Analysis of late deliveries as well as management of recovery plans
Successful completion of a degree in business or supply chain / logistics
Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, customer service / customer service, supplier management, supply chain / logistics and data analysis
Knowledge in project management advantageous
In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace desirable
Business fluent German and English skills
Present work permit for the EU
Team player with strong communication skills, an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness
