Tasks

• Responsibility as Product Change Leader, Configuration Management Operational Manager or Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
• Ensuring the effective implementation of changes according to the defined processes and guidelines
• Understanding of industrial feasibility and planning, especially in relation to the final requirements for the final assembly line
• Organizing, conducting and leading meetings to coordinate change processes
• Ensuring timely completion of modifications according to the program plan
• Deciding on modification planning at the Decision Board, monitoring and continuously updating the cluster until the modification process is completed
• Understanding the Airbus attestation process from a configuration management perspective and performing a gap analysis (Delta1) to identify improvement potentials

Qualification

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering or a technical speciality at at least technician or specialist level
• Several years of professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, aerospace and quality management
• Excellent knowledge of change management and sound expertise in project management and risk management
• In-depth user knowledge of ICC (Integrated Configuration Control) and experience with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU is required
