Job description


  • Central interface between branches, landlords and service providers

  • Ensuring smooth processes, e.g. in checking and approving rental and service provider invoices, monitoring deadlines, including arranging extensions and notices of termination, as well as notifications to the authorities

  • Receiving notifications of malfunctions, defects and requirements

  • Follow-up of warranties

  • Obtaining and evaluating offers

  • Coordination of service performance and quality assurance


  • Successfully completed degree in real estate management and very good knowledge of commercial leases

  • Initial practical experience in the area of property management of commercial tenancies and branch properties is an advantage

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Another foreign language such as French, Italian or Dutch is desirable

  • Organizer with affinity for numbers

  • Communicative team player with reliable and diligent work ethic
