Tasks

  • You are responsible for the support of our Dutch clients

  • You check a wide range of complex invoices (rental invoices, tradesmen's invoices, energy invoices, utility bills, etc.) and enter them in our special software

  • You will ensure that all relevant lease data is entered into our software completely and without errors so that deadlines, conditions and payment data can be reported correctly

  • You will also take on smaller tasks such as preparing correspondence, compiling information and documents or keeping track of appointments

Qualification

  • You can work 15 to 32 hours per week for us

  • Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally in the field of commercial real estate

  • Careful, concentrated way of working, affinity for numbers, reliability and obliging appearance

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and Dutch

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate agent, office administrator, or similar
