Tasks

• Monitoring of processes as well as evaluations and reporting (recording of results e.g. in databases)

• Definition and analysis of KPIs as well as digitalization in Skywise

• Support of the design office organization in complying with quality specifications

• Application of quality tools (APQP, DFMA, PPS)

• Determination of work requirements of new S-plans to be created as well as creation and responsibility of control plans

• Commissioning of control models with specification of the reference to be used

• Creation and maintenance of control databases

• Creation and adaptation of process controls and coordination with the customer (Operational Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production)

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of aircraft construction, engineering or mechanical engineering 

• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, aerospace, project management, quality assurance, manufacturing / production, process improvement, quality management and quality assurance

• Relevant experience in manufacturing engineering as well as aviation is an advantage

• Experience with Zamiz, Skywise, Normmaster and myDoc are desirable

• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Business fluent German and English language skills

• Present work permit for the EU

• Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system as well as business trips
