Tasks

  • Interface between the work preparation, materials management, product assurance, production and integration & test departments

  • Testing of individual parts, assemblies of general mechanical engineering, semi-finished products and standard parts according to procurement specifications, control regulations, drawings, data test sheets and standards

  • Hardness testing of semi-finished metal products and standardised parts/components

  • Metrological testing of individual parts and assemblies with constantly changing requirements for the measuring device design and use

  • Microscopic testing of various components

  • Niton measurement and material analysis (X-ray fluorescence device)

  • Testing of pyrotechnic objects

  • Testing tasks under clean room conditions during integration

  • Checking the accompanying documentation in English for completeness and fulfilment of contractual requirements as well as drafting test reports and preparing complaint reports also in English

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or technical training with at least a technician or business administrator qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing / production, logistics, aerospace and quality assurance

  • Knowledge of working with electronic components required

  • Pyro licence required

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP/R3 QA

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
