Tasks

  • Perform quality inspections for final inspection and conformity, stop points, FAI, rework as well as critical activities and relevant documentation

  • Technical acceptance inspections of electrical and mechanical installations, wiring, component assemblies

  • Carry out investigations and root cause analysis for quality and technical incidents that occur in the production area and have an impact on quality costs.

  • Contribution to ensuring the production process by quickly dealing with quality problems and avoiding damage caused by foreign bodies

  • Supervise/coach staff with L1/L2 delegation in their daily work and conduct "Operational Surveillance" to maintain delegation

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, aircraft mechanic, mechanic or mechatronics technician

  • Additional qualifications as a technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management as well as in the field of assembly/maintenance of aircraft

  • Module training according to EASA Part-66 desirable

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Work permit for the EU
