Tasks

• Developing and simplifying the "supplier control" process within Customer Service

• Drive and coordinate process improvement projects within Customer Service

• Definition of the actual and target business process

• Develop processes, procedures, manuals and user guides to optimise workflows for the Customer Service Operational SCQM team

• Lead regular process improvement meetings with customer service business experts

• Collaborate with the process owners in Procurement as well as with Customer Service

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or business administration

• Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, process improvement and quality management 

• Experience in supply chain quality, change management and cross-functional management 

• Good knowledge of project management, quality standards and regulations and stakeholder management

• Detailed application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

• Business fluent in English and advanced German, knowledge of French advantageous

• Present work permit for the EU

• Willingness to travel on business

• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
