Developing and simplifying the "supplier control" process within Customer Service
Drive and coordinate process improvement projects within Customer Service
Definition of the actual and target business process
Develop processes, procedures, manuals and user guides to optimise workflows for the Customer Service Operational SCQM team
Lead regular process improvement meetings with customer service business experts
Collaborate with the process owners in Procurement as well as with Customer Service
Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or business administration
Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, process improvement and quality management
Experience in supply chain quality, change management and cross-functional management
Good knowledge of project management, quality standards and regulations and stakeholder management
Detailed application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
Business fluent in English and advanced German, knowledge of French advantageous
Present work permit for the EU
Willingness to travel on business
Team player with strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
