Tasks

• Preparation of the First Article Inspection (FAI)

• Preparation of FAI inspection plans taking into account construction document requirements

• Preparation and facilitation of FAI kick off with multifunctional team from engineering, manufacturing engineering, production and quality

• Definition of validation methods for FEMI and programme releases

• Review and evaluation of existing FAI reports

• Definition of measurement methods and means for the corresponding FAI activity

• Interface in FAI matters with production, quality assurance, work preparation and design

• Reporting of FAI key figures

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, engineering or quality management

• ALTERNATIVE: completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technician or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in quality management

• Experience in First Article Inspection, in metallic manufacturing processes and with B-Flow and Norm Master advantageous

• Detailed user knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google applications

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Work permit for the EU
