Tasks

• Ensure that the company's operational processes comply with the quality assurance requirements, standards and internal and external certifications and approvals defined in the quality management system (QMS) and the quality plan for hardware, software and services

• Monitoring the conformity and certification status

• Analysing deviations and initiating corrective and preventive actions

• Contributing to the improvement of quality standards

• Collecting, analysing, visualising and interpreting relevant process and/or service performance data with available means for early detection of process deviations and, by means of root cause analysis, taking effective mitigating actions and solutions

• Elimination of quality problems

• Introduction of prevention tools (such as APQP, DFMEA)

Qualification

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or a comparable technical degree

• Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering / electronics, engineering, supplier management, quality management and / or quality assurance

• Good expertise in process management as well as basic knowledge of project management, risk management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)

• Experience in analysing data and creating statistics required

• Initial user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

• Business fluent in German and English

• Existing work permit for the EU
