Tasks

  • Responsibility for the development, optimisation and compliance of inspections in the inspection strategy

  • Management of complex quality issues and the definition of inspection standards

  • Creation of control plans according to method M1001

  • Organisation and implementation of FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and risk analyses

  • Ensuring the reliability and compliance of processes

  • Creation of measurement, test and inspection concepts, e.g. Ground Test Instruction (GTI), Quality Special Operation Instruction (QSOI), 3D measurement models

  • Process description and compliance with standards

  • Creation of quality data capture tools, e.g. mobile quality management system (MQM)

  • Troubleshooting to find and analyse errors in aircraft and test systems

  • Participation in continuous improvement projects

Qualification

  • Completed studies in the fields of vehicle construction, aircraft construction, engineering or composite materials / composites

  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector / vehicle construction, manufacturing engineering or quality assurance

  • In-depth user knowledge of CATIA V5, expertise in Google Workspace advantageous

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
