Quality Manager Logistics & Warranty (m/f/x)

For our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager Logistics & Warranty with strong communication skills and assertiveness. The gross annual salary is approximately €70,000.

Tasks

  • Central contact person for warranty enquiries and improvements
  • Analysing logistical customer complaints and requesting improvement measures from the interfaces involved (OTQ5)
  • Monitoring and detailed evaluation of warranty claims to identify trends and need for action
  • Development of action plans and regular follow-up to ensure that all measures are implemented efficiently
  • Working with the SCQM organisation, Development and Purchasing to resolve customer complaints in Salesforce and NCM tool
  • Perform root cause analyses (PPS) and initiate targeted corrective actions to resolve issues
  • Coordinating warehouse inspections and creating non-conformance reports (NCs) for quality assurance purposes
  • Planning and implementation of employee training with regard to air law requirements and support of the operational area

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, at least a master's degree or diploma
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, IT / information systems and aerospace
  • Experience in quality management and quality assurance and technical documentation
  • Several years of experience in the application and implementation of EASA regulations
  • Expertise in training is an advantage
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP, experience with Salesforce
  • Business fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
  • Existing work permit for the EU
