You are responsible for the support of our Dutch clients
You check a wide range of complex invoices (rental invoices, tradesmen's invoices, energy invoices, utility bills, etc.) and enter them in our special software
You will ensure that all relevant lease data is entered into our software completely and without errors so that deadlines, conditions and payment data can be reported correctly
You will also take on smaller tasks such as preparing correspondence, compiling information and documents or keeping track of appointments
You can work 15 to 32 hours per week for us
Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally in the field of commercial real estate
Careful, concentrated way of working, affinity for numbers, reliability and obliging appearance
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Business fluent in written and spoken German and Dutch
Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate agent, office administrator, or similar
