Job description


  • You take care of the new and further development of processes and approaches in order processing and branch support – in doing so, you ensure more scalability through simplification, standardization, digitalization, automation, cost reduction and transparency

  • You control the transfer and adaptation of the processing procedures running in Germany, for example, to new countries to be developed

  • You plan and coordinate order processing and keep an eye on achieving the defined processing and optimization goals

  • And as primus inter pares, you support agile teams in achieving goals and improving performance

  • You have the opportunity to advance to the position of authorized signatory in the future


  • Many years of experience in process optimization, agile project management, and standardization and organization, e.g. in management consulting, in-house consulting, startups, branch companies, or franchise systems

  • Hands-on mentality, wealth of ideas as well as implementation strength, strong communication skills and team spirit as well as organizational talent

  • Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on management, entrepreneurship, international project management, data science, or business informatics

  • Business fluent in German and English
