Central interface between branches, landlords and service providers
Ensuring smooth processes, e.g. in checking and approving rental and service provider invoices, monitoring deadlines, including arranging extensions and notices of termination, as well as notifications to the authorities
Receiving notifications of malfunctions, defects and requirements
Follow-up of warranties
Obtaining and evaluating offers
Coordination of service performance and quality assurance
Act as a manager at eye level and responsibility with regard to recording the correct deadlines (zero-error principle)
Successfully completed degree in real estate management and very good knowledge of commercial leases
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of property management of commercial leases and branch properties
