Sifting through incoming applications and carrying out precise matching for positions in aviation
Organising and conducting telephone interviews and personal interviews
Contact person for candidates during the entire application process up to employment
Data maintenance in the applicant management system
Searching for and approaching suitable specialists as well as specialists and executives in aviation
Continuous development of the aviation talent pool through regular social media activities
Completed vocational training with an affinity for aviation desirable
Alternatively completed university degree
Expertise in the organisation and fast processing of procedures
Experience in applicant and candidate management desirable
Very good knowledge of German and English
Team player with self-confident appearance and customer-oriented way of thinking
