Addressing potential new employees according to requirements planning
Expansion of the approach and further professionalization of the recruiting of potential employees using online options/new media
Presentation of the company as an attractive employer
Supervision and intensification of university marketing activities to further develop employer branding
Preparation and implementation of assessment centers, if necessary further development of selection modules and recruiting tools
Reviewing and evaluating incoming application documents and conducting job interviews with subsequent contract negotiations and conclusions
Supporting and advising the branch management team on all recruiting and induction topics and training courses
Processing of basic topics and corresponding project work on recruiting topics as well as the activity execution of the personnel officer as required
Successfully completed commercial training
Extensive knowledge of the legal framework for the employment of employees
Knowledge in personnel marketing
Know-how in employee motivation, in recognizing employee needs and in promoting employee potential
Experienced handling of modern information technologies
Fluent knowledge of French as well as knowledge of German or English
Willingness to travel with enjoyment of changing activities
Communicative team player with planning and organizational skills as well as fast comprehension ability
