Job description


  •  Administrative Tasks:

    • Planning and execution of trade show appearances

    • Triggering of orders and management of costs and lists

    • Supporting the regional managers in the preparation of presentations

    • Completion of tasks in the area of accounting, trade and occupational health and safety

    • Creation and execution of event offers

    • Booking of hotels, tickets etc. 

    • Accounting of costs

  • Specialist tasks:

    • Responsibility for personnel recruiting at the Dresden branch

    • Administration of job advertisements on various platforms (XING, Agentur für Arbeit, etc.)

    • Acquisition of personnel service providers

    • Coordination of personnel matters with the works council

    • Organization of training courses for employees (including travel planning)

    • Creation of advertising measures in cooperation with the marketing department


  • Completed commercial or comparable training is an advantage

  • Experienced handling of MS Office

  • Organizational talent with independent, structured and result-oriented working style
