  • Assume sales responsibility for our wide-ranging service portfolio in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, HR marketing, HR services and personnel development

  • Development and implementation of customised and results-oriented sales strategies to increase business success

  • Acquisition and long-term retention of new customers

  • Ensuring and increasing our market position by consistently achieving sales targets

  • Careful documentation of all sales activities in the CRM tool to optimise customer care

  • Professional experience in strategic sales of services, preferably in the field of human resources
