Development of new polymers and their manufacturing processes for the high-performance tire market
Carrying out experimental and theoretical work with the aim of optimizing existing polymers and processes
Synthesis planning for the production of polymers and their precursors
Development of recommendations for improved process control
Physico-chemical characterization of polymers and kinetic-chemical description of the polymerization process
Introduction of new measurement and analysis methods
Coordination of laboratory and pilot plant personnel
Regular research of the state of the art in the field of work
Completed college or university studies in the field of chemistry or polymer chemistry
Several years of industrial experience in the field of polymerization
Extensive experience in polymer synthesis and typical polymer analogous reactions including inert working methods
Solid knowledge of the polymerization process including polymerization and work-up
Confident handling of relevant databases including MS Office
Very good knowledge of German and English
