Responsibility for the development and target achievement of all sales activities
Planning, monitoring and controlling of sales activities including the preparation of the sales plan
Strengthening the sales and service network
Maximizing profit and growth within the framework of company goals and values
Developing plans and strategies for expanding customer base and channel partners
Relationship building and maintenance with key customers as well as strategic partners
Performing speaking engagements at conferences and seminars
Preparation and presentation of proposal presentations as well as pricing requests including all customer communications
Completed studies in the fields of engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a natural science
Professional experience in sales in the semiconductor or related industries
Experience with global companies and global cooperation
Good German and English language skills
Ability to easily present technical products and processes that require explanation
Willingness to travel on business (approx. 15 days / month)
Team player with extraordinary communication skills, high self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
