Representation of the entire range of Test & Inspection products and services
Drive sales processes from planning to closing
Analysing, pursuing and developing new business opportunities and conducting contract negotiations
Leading, coaching and developing customer plans
Taking on the leadership of successful teams
Ensuring customer satisfaction, e.g. by delivering on time and collecting cash on time
Coordinating resources on a global level where appropriate to ensure success
Monitoring all key account activities and reporting to senior management
Work closely with Regional Sales Directors and Divisional Vice President
Provide accurate and timely forecasts via the CRM tools for product/business profit
Successfully completed technical training or alternatively a technical or business degree
Strong technical understanding and ability to sell complex electronic solutions for the semiconductor and electronic assembly end markets
Experience in solution selling at multinational key account level
Know-how in matrix management and negotiation skills
Many years of experience in sales / key account management or similar would be an advantage
Very good computer skills, including sales software, spreadsheets, presentations and databases
Fluent in German and English (knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage)
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
Willingness to travel (20-40% -> USA, Asia, Europe)
